Barley Road

The colour green!

Driving through the surrounding countryside yesterday I commented on just how many variations of the colour green that could be seen. This applies to all colours of course, but the patchwork of crops in the fullness of their green made for a wonderful sight.

No houses, no people, just a green field of barley that ripples in the breeze.

It really is an amazing picture!
It almost looks like an artwork from a painter. =)
(Thinking these colours can't be real!)

So beautiful you can feel the wind blowing and the smell of the grass.

I am a city person but I do love the French countryside (this green kind and the yellow wheat in summer) – unique (well, almost!)
